Exeter Excitment!

Hello you lovelies! I hope you all had a cracking Easter weekend? Mine was full of chocolate a chips (not on the same plate however!) I took a visit down to Exeter to see some family and naturally found myself in junk shops full to the brim with projects I could get my hands on! The shops themselves were in Lyme Regis very close to the beach (which I really should have taken advantage of!) But this is much more my thing!

This sofa below I thought could be a next project and really was the only thing I saw over the whole weekend that I took a fancy to, but it was just a little too big to fit in the back of my grandparents Fiat! The following photos feature a few fantastic sofa's, so I am sure you can tell I would rather like to do another!

This Chinese Water Cabinet below was something both my Grandfather and I were interested in, the colour of the wood was magnificent!I took a close up photo below so you can see just how beautiful it really was.

Naturally who doesn't need a lobster to safe guard the Fuse Box!

This was another fantastic fellow, my photo doesn't really do him justice he was huge!

My Grandfather Posing in his new Hat haha!

There really were so many bits and Pieces I could have walked away with, but I am just adding to a collection that I really have no room for sadly. But on that note I have finally acquired my two cocktail chairs and retro stool which I will be making a start on soon so keep an eye out.
My sofa is also still for Sale so do take a look and see if it can fit into your life rather than my rather cramped bedroom! Here is the link Vintage Sofa Link.

Bye for now x
