Newbies.

This weekend has been rather productive, it is just unfortunate not all of my fabric arrived otherwise I would have finished both of my Retro Chairs. .... Anyway, I am really rather pleased with what has been reupholstered. I went for something a little different to create a modern look on an iconic chair. I bought the fabric from a lovely Lady called Jodi on Etsy from her Shop, SewFineFabric. She has so many geometric patterns I could have bought them all! This is the second installment for the weekend, this little Scandinavian Stool. It really is a cute little thing that needed a good clean and fabric update. I chose this Houndstooth Fabric From Designers Guild Linen Range, it is a heavy weight strong fabric making it very durable. I still have one final chair to complete and I am a little annoyed the fabric didn't turn up this weekend. That meant I could have showcased two Retro Chairs. No matter, you will just have to wait for what is to come. I have again chosen to use a Geometric pattern which is pictured just below, I cannot wait to get started.
