October Chairs.
I feel like I have been jolly busy recently and I still have
two more ideas I want to complete before Christmas. My friends have suggested
several times I try something a little more challenging, so the chairs I have
finally complete below were the result. The Bright Pink Flower Chair I
completed for a friend who, as I am sure you have guessed loves pink (I am
still unsure whether her partner with be best pleased with it!). The other
green chair I styled on some G Plan furniture research I undertook (seems to me
it was either black or green and I prefer green). So what do you make of them?
is it a good transition? If is for Sale in the normal places Etsy, Ebay and Bigcartel.
This particular Chair was made for a lovely lady in Crawley who wanted something a little different to fit with a desk she has just bought. The Designers Guild Fabric I chose made the dark wood 'pop' I was very pleased with the end product and as it turns out so was she!
These are the two chairs for the other bigger projects this year. I have found some fantastic fabrics that I have sourced from Designers Guild to create a bit of a Copy Cat version of some creations I have seen (and of course for half the price!) Keep watching and they will be here sooner than you think!
