Vintage Classic Car Boot Sale.
This weekend was completely packed! Thankfully the weather held out on Saturday for The Classic Car Boot Fair along the South Bank. It was such a brilliant idea to combine the vintage cars with trinkets from the same eras. I took so many photos but the ones below were my favorites. If you want to know anymore about the Vintage Classic Car Boot Sale check them out on Facebook www.facebook.com/TheClassicCarBootSale.
This Car was a particular car was one of great interest for my father, because his father owned a Hilman Minx. It is funny to think my Grandfather actually drove this around with my father and his three siblings squashed in the back. Despite its appearance the inside is deceptively small and my family are all very tall, it must have been a most uncomfortable journey!
The Mini is probably the one car I do remember still being actively produced and driven. My Grandmother's Sister and my Nan both owned one of these beauties. I have some vivid memories of sitting in the passenger seat and hearing the gravel under the car churning up under the tires. The Mini was so close to the ground it felt like we were in a race every time we took a sharp turn, It was just brilliant to see one in original condition.
I even noticed a few things amoungst the boot fair I think we had at home when I was a child, this Tv brings back memories... we had no Tv remote kids!
And finally on the Sunday I thought I should get to work on the last of the chairs. So here you are, this is the last of The Yellow Collection now up for Sale in the usual places Etsy, Bigcartel and Ebay.
This Pink Chair is almost complete too! Commisioned by a friend I will be able to take it to her new flat, I just hope her fella likes pink! Hope you all had a great weekend too.... watch out for more chairs soon!

Careful its the Rozzers!
There were also some stunning looking Ladies and Gentleman at the show, these are a few of my favorite looks. There was a suave look man who looked like he had just walked off the set of Bugsy Malone, but would he stand still? No! So unfortunately there are no photos of him but no matter because so many other people looked the part!
